The Anniversary III

We took an extremely popular home and made it even better.

by Myles Biggs

At a recent Open House, hosted for members of its builder network, Ritz-Craft Homes of Pennsylvania unveiled a reimagined version of the popular “Anniversary” floor plan, now known as The “Anniversary III.”

When home buyers enter the front door sight lines from the foyer lead into a contemporary an open area which encompasses living, dining and nook areas, as well as a contemporary kitchen. The kitchen features a Nature’s Palette design from Legacy Crafted Cabinets. The cherry doors are finished in a semi-opaque, alabaster paint with a hand-rubbed black glaze. The result is a striking color combination that has elicited jaw-dropping reactions from the Ritz-Craft builder network.

This master suite of this home features his-and-her closets, his-and-her vanity style sinks and Ritz-Craft’s ‘Mini Infinity’ shower package. The sun room also features a custom wet bar with multiple wine storage options.

What is the color of the cabinets featured here? Also, wish you would make more plans that have dual suites (via split bedrooms) for homes with parents moving in or adult children/family members permanently living with. Especially with 2 living spaces, ie, family room and living room. Love your floor plans, although I can't see some of the Legacy ones, show up as blank pages.
