JONESVILLE MI:
Ritz-Craft Corporation of Michigan will participate in the 2013 Louisville
Manufactured Housing Show from January 23-25 at the Kentucky Expo Center in
Louisville, Kentucky.
Ritz-Craft,
located at space number 39, will be among an elite group of manufacturers at
the show exhibiting a 1680 sq. ft. system-built home. The three bedroom, two
bath ranch style plan, known as “The Thoroughbred,” showcases several of
Ritz-Craft’s innovative options.
“We’re happy
to have Ritz-Craft participating in the show again after a short absence,”
remarks Dennis Hill, show coordinator. “They have always been known for
excellent quality and I am excited to see what they have to offer our
attendees. We enjoy having quality manufacturers like Ritz-Craft in the show to
communicate what can be attained with system-building technology.”
Among the
innovations found in The Thoroughbred, the master bath features
three custom designs, including a new “Infinity” walk-in shower and several
custom cabinet designs. Other areas of interest include the spacious living room, which features a built-in entertainment
center in a striking Black Painted Oak to match the kitchen island. Accenting
these darker furniture pieces, the kitchen cabinets are a beautiful Glacier
White 5 pc Shaker Painted Maple. Another area of interest is the utility room of The Thoroughbred, which boasts a
custom bench seat and Ritz-Craft’s 6’ Utility Room Package.
According to
Paul Lindsley, Ritz-Craft of Michigan General Manager, “One of the greatest
strengths with "The Thoroughbred is the availability to modify the
floor plan from 1560 sq. ft. to 2040 sq. ft. and the ability to choose from a
variety of optional room layouts – a program we call ‘The Home Stretch.’
This flexibility allows builders to cater to various lifestyles, consumer
needs and price points with a single model home investment.”
Ritz-Craft has
independent authorized building partners with model homes across 29 states and
into Canada, making Ritz-Craft an industry leader in the system-built industry.
Established in 1954 and headquartered in Mifflinburg, PA, Ritz-Craft remains a
privately held company with additional manufacturing facilities in Michigan and
North Carolina. In 2013, Ritz-Craft has been recognized with four awards for Excellence in Marketing and Home
Design by the Building Systems Council of the NAHB.
In
addition to homebuilding, Ritz-Craft has vertically integrated to include a
cabinet manufacturer, Legacy Crafted Cabinets, and a home transportation
company, Ritz-Trans. For more information about the Ritz-Craft family of
