PA: It has been two years since the first kitchen came off the finish line of
Legacy Crafted Cabinets in Mifflinburg. In that short amount of time, Legacy
has significantly increased their product offering, with an impressive 130+ cabinet
colors available.
“We
are definitely on an upward trend,” states Jason Romig, Legacy General Manager.
“We have been expanding our customer base and our offerings while remaining
focused on accommodating our customers. We’re growing to where we’ve never been
before.”
With
the slight downturn in new construction, Legacy has been bolstered by the
burgeoning remodeling market. These projects present the challenge of building
around an existing kitchen space. Legacy’s ability to be flexible and design custom

homeowners.
Romig
contributes much of Legacy’s success to the rich wood-working history of this
area, and to the quality of his work force: “This is an area with a tremendous

As
Legacy looks to the future, plans are in place to grow their current geographic
reach by building a broader distribution network in the state of Pennsylvania.
“We
have aligned ourselves with a sales organization that has over twenty years of
experience working with cabinet manufactures,” explains Romig. “They will help
us bring our product to new market areas.”
Legacy
will also continue to develop new cabinet colors, finishes, stains and glazes
as well as engineer new and innovative storage solutions.
“At
the end of the day the cabinet industry is essentially a fashion business,” remarks
Romig. “As a smaller, family owned company we are better able to respond to
industry trends and better meet our customer’s needs.”
