Ritz-Craft Homes Claw Foot Tub
A 2013 survey taken by Professional Builder Magazine documented what home buyers desire in their kitchen and their bathroom. The results of the survey revealed that a separate tub and shower are at the top of the list of desirable bathroom features.

While many home buyers often opt for a simple bathroom tub, at Ritz-Craft we have seen an increase in the demand for fixtures that have a more custom look and luxurious appeal. In response to this demand for high-end amenities, we are pleased to debut our new Claw Foot Tub.

Shown here in the master bathroom of our model home, “The Horizon,” this Claw Foot Tub stands out and immediately demands your attention as you enter the room. The classic look of the Claw Foot Tub harkens back to the free-standing bath tubs of the early 1900s, yet offers a modern twist sought after by many home buyers today.

In addition to the nickel feet shown on this tub, upgrade bronze feet are also available – allowing you to better match other fixtures in your bathroom.

Would you include a Claw Foot Tub in the bathroom of your new home? Give us your thoughts in the comments section below.

Most definitely would love a claw foot tub in the master bath. My husband sets ritz craft and other modular homes for a living.

As much as I love the look of the clawfoot tub, I'm going to pass on a master bath tub in lieu of a 5x5 shower. With two kids under 9, I don't have time to take a bath. I'd rather spend the money on an oversized shower.

Michelle and Tracey - thank you both for your comments!

Michelle, we could not do what we do without all of the hard work that the set crews put in to each home. They are a vital part of our team!

Tracey, your comments make perfect sense. Have you seen our Infinity Shower Package yet? It's a great walk-in shower with two shower heads, a built-in bench seat and built-in shampoo storage. It's quickly turning into a crowd favorite!

Thank you so much for sharing this information. I really believe that home buyers would always check on the kitchen of the house and then the bathroom. I also love having a separate bathtub and a shower because it is much comfortable when they are separated. I also believe it is essential that homeowners should keep their interior in good condition so that they can sell their home at a reasonable price. -
