In addition to “The Anniversary III,” Ritz-Craft also unveiled a three-module version of the popular “Thoroughbred” plan at a recent Open House. This new plan is known as “The Thoroughbred Triple Crown.”

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated utility room, a den and an open living/dining/kitchen area, this new model is loaded with features that are sought after by many home buyers.

Located just off the foyer, the den features beautiful built-in cabinetry, a coffered ceiling and custom wine storage. The living room features a built-in entertainment center, two additional wall sconce lights and spreads into an open kitchen/dining area. The kitchen features quartz countertops, full-overlay cabinets, a large island with a prep sink and several other storage solutions. The master bathroom features a large walk-in closet, his-and-her vanity sinks, a spa cabinet tower with a pull-out hamper and Ritz-Craft’s ‘Infinity’ walk-in shower package. The utility room of this model features Ritz-Craft’s six foot utility room package, with a stacked washer and dryer and a generous amount of storage. The utility room also features a utility bench which features base cabinet storage and coat hooks.

This model home, along with “The Anniversary III” model, is located at our model center in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. Both models are open to the public for tours.

I love the easy access to the utility room, basement stairs and bathroom from the garage entrance. Perfect for my husband! NO tracking dirt thru the house to get to these areas! I would switch the KIT. with DR so I would not have to carry groceries so far. Need larger pantry.
