ORIGINAL POST:

Ritz-Craft Homes of Michigan recently unveiled a brand new floor plan to members of their builder network. The plan, known as “The Horizon,” has been engineered with the move-up home buyer in mind and features 1,947 square feet of living space on the first level. By choosing to finish the proposed upper level, home buyers can take advantage of 3,011 total square feet of living space.

The “Horizon,” which resides at the Ritz-Craft production facility in Jonesville, Michigan, boasts an amazing amount of available options including full-overlay kitchen cabinets from Legacy Crafted Cabinets, an Infinity walk-in shower, a Claw Foot tub, coffered and tray ceilings, a Utility Room package and more!

“The Horizon” reflects a fundamental shift that Ritz-Craft has noticed within the housing market. It seems as though home buyers, especially move-up home buyers, are opting to go with a smaller sized floor plan but are still choosing to include luxury and custom amenities. This modular home showcases Ritz-Craft’s ability to satisfy custom design desires, while still maintaining the speed, quality and energy efficiency that systems-building is known for.

I had the pleasure of touring this build in Jonesville, and it was a very well designed and constructed home and it on my short list.

Looked at the house today. My wife is set on having it built now. Truly amazing inside.
