The Community Division builds manufactured housing in two of the three Mifflinburg plants. This division focuses on serving 55 and older retirement HUD communities and family communities with unique gable end elevations and custom floor plans. Multi-Family Division
Ritz-Craft's multi-family division is focused on serving customers with investment property products such as; apartments, townhouses, hotels, assisted living facilities, dormitories and duplexes. VIEW Project Portfolio

Availability:	Due to production backlogs and the desire to satisfy builders and dealers, Ritz-Craft selects a limited number of Multi-family projects to build each year.
