Ritz-Craft’s Community Division is focused on serving customers that develop 55 and older manufactured housing communities and family communities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.Ritz-Craft has been building unique gable end elevations and custom floorplans for the retirement market for over twenty years. During that time, Ritz-Craft has become the premiere builder for exclusive age restricted communities. In 2000 Ritz-Craft created a separate company division with a dedicated sales group to serve this growing segment of the housing market.
